“ The food was delicious (I had bibimbap, my partner had the ojingeo guksu). The owners were incredibly sweet. Make sure to try the kimchi while you're there, I have a feeling they make it themselves and the umami and sourness were so good. Very chill, quiet atmosphere. I've heard that the owners might be retiring soon and I'm thankful to have been able to have here while they are still open. ”

“ Cafe Seoul is a favorite. The food here is sooo delicious, and you really get your moneys worth with how big the portions are! The owners are friendly and have always made my experiences there enjoyable. It doesn't take long to get food when ordering takeout either. The restaurant is comforting and homey! Dress up or down, it doesn't matter. Try the kimchi fried rice, it's mouth watering. ”

“ Cute little restaurant next to subway. Parking spots are limited in lot. I came here after work and there were only 2 couples in. Their menu is very simple and to the point which is nice. I ordered bulgogi, rice, and a soda. Their rice is not white it's a brown rice mix I believe but still delicious. Bulgogi is cooked well and not too chewy and well seasoned. They also have a small dish of fresh kimchi. They do clear off the tables for you so just leave your plates and items on the table he will come by and clear it off. A very nice couple who run this they do speak Korean and I spoke with them but they also speak English. ”

Got to try some stirfry and the bibimbap as well. Both were very tasty. Again, great protein portion. You also get a side of Kimchi with your order. A very hole-in-a-wall spot. Only two people working the place so it can take a bit of time to get your food but it's worth it! ”

“ I have been coming to Cafe Seoul for years. It's one of the BEST Korean food spots in OREGON! The cafe is owned and run by a Korean couple...it's literally just the 2 of them. I've never had issues with customer service...as others have mentioned, but I agree that he is quiet and to the point with his work. The food is delicious and comforting and comes with generous portions. I especially LOVE the Pa-Jeon, Soft Tofu Hot Pot, Yuk Gae Jang, Kimchi Stew, Bu Dae Ji Kae, Bi Bim Bap. Don't come here expecting "fast food speed" service because everything is made fresh and from scratch. Sit and enjoy some hot tea while waiting for your delicious food to be served. ”

“ Tucked into an unassuming place next to a Subway. Atmosphere is very casual, but the food is really good! I went with friends and got the bibimbap and we split an order of japchae. It's owned by an older Korean couple and I've seen reviews that say he's rude but I found him to be very friendly. (He even came over and asked if he could help me with my meal and then added sauces and rice and mixed my bibimbap for me because I was eating it wrong!) The japchae was delicious. The bibimbap was good, too, even better after he mixed it for me. The kimchi was tasty. I'll be back. ”
